In Europe, we've trusted Chronopost for all our deliveries (DPD for the UK). Our overseas expeditions are over-viewed by UPS. The timeline of your delivery depends on our current supplies and our order verification services.
- Tack
Any small tack may be returned under 14 days after arrival (see our general sales conditions). All items must be returned as shipped (neither greased, nor oiled) in their original packaging.
If you wish to return a product, please consult the "Return and Exchanges" column of our "Frequent Questions" page.
The return of any item is at the expense of our clients.
- Second-hand saddle
Our customers benefit from a 15 day trial to test all second-hand saddles purchased on our website.
If you wish to return your saddle, you can benefit from a free-of-charge shipping, provided that you fill out a request for a shipping label in our contact form.
Warning : if equipment is returned by your own means, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
N.B. : The cover and comfort kit provided will be returned in their original state with the saddle within 15 days of purchase. Please note that the price of every used or dysfunctional item will be deducted from the original amount of the refund.
