1) ORGANISER AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
The company LIM USA INC, registered under the number F12000005015, whose registered office is located in WELLINGTON, FLORIDA (33414), 3040 FAIRLAINE FARMS RD,, SUITE # 1-4, (hereinafter the "Organiser") is organising a competition which will take place from 04/12/2024 at 00:00 (hereinafter the "Opening Date") to 24/12/2024 at 23:59 (hereinafter the "Closing Date")
2) COMPETITION PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The Contest is open to persons residing in United States or in Canada.
Minors are allowed to participate in this game, provided that they have previously obtained express authorisation to do so from their parents or the person exercising parental authority. The fact that they participate implies that they have obtained this authorisation.
Parental consent implies acceptance of the participation of the minor or young person aged 18, and acceptance that the participant will receive, if applicable, the prize offered in the competition.
Registration is free of charge, with no obligation to purchase.
This competition is not open to members of the Organiser's staff and their families and, more generally, to all persons who have participated in the preparation of this competition.
Participation in the Competition implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Participant of these rules and any amendments thereto.
If it appears that a Participant has not complied with the terms of these rules or has submitted incomplete or inaccurate, illegible, fraudulent or otherwise invalid information, the Organiser may decide to exclude the said Participant and cancel the possible awarding of the Prize won.
3) HOW TO TAKE PART
To take part in this Competition, the Participant must complete the form available directly via north-america.devoucoux.com according to the methods and accesses described below.
Participation in the Competition is limited to one participation per person per day (same email address) for the duration of the Competition.
To take part, participants must have Internet access and a valid electronic address (email) for the entire duration of the Competition, at which the Participant may be contacted for Competition management requirements, and if applicable, until the eventual prize is awarded.
Participation in the Competition must be completed at the latest by 24/12/2024 at 11.59 pm.
Incomplete forms or forms submitted in a format other than that provided for in these rules will be declared invalid and will not be considered when the winner is revealed.
Participation in the competition is limited to one participation per person per day. Participants may only win one prize per day.
4) NAMING THE WINNERS - PRIZES
The discount coupons cannot be combined and are only valid on the devoucoux.com websites (excluding shipping costs). They are valid on all accessories and on the total amount of the basket (not valid on gift cards).
The prizes are as follows:
- 10% discount vouchers, valid 1 time on all accessories (except gift cards) on the devoucoux.com website until January 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- 15% discount vouchers, valid 1 time on all accessories (except gift cards) on the devoucoux.com website until January 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM..
- 20% discount vouchers, valid 1 time on all accessories (except gift cards) on the devoucoux.com website until January 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- Vouchers for free shipping, valid once on all accessories (excluding gift cards) on the devoucoux.com website until January 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Other = lost (winning vouchers while stocks last)
The coupon awarded cannot be refunded or exchanged.
No discounts, or refunds, even partial, nor any financial compensation may be given as a substitute for the Prize won.
The allocation of the prizes is carried out randomly using an electronic algorithm based on the following approximate breakdown, predetermined before the start of the Competition.
If a Participant has won by not respecting these rules, by fraudulent means, or by means other than those resulting from the process described by the Organising Company or by failing to comply with one of the participation conditions, he/she shall lose his/her status as a winner, without prejudice to any possible proceedings that may be brought against the Participant by the Organising Company.
Winners will be notified directly via a code on north-america.devoucoux.com or by email to the address given on the form. If the winner is a minor, an authorisation to collect and process his/her personal data must be signed by his/her legal representative.
5) Responsibility
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any errors in delivering the Prize, for the loss of the latter during delivery, for its non-receipt or if it deteriorates during transport.
The Organiser cannot be held responsible if, due to an event outside its control (supplier stock shortages, etc.), it is unable to deliver the intended Prizes. In this case, the Organiser reserves the right to replace the Prize with another Prize of the same value.
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any harmful consequences resulting from any misuse of the Prizes.
The Organiser shall not be held responsible in the event of the cancellation, postponement, extension or total or partial modification of this Competition, whatever the cause.
It is expressly agreed that the Organiser retains the right to cancel, shorten, extend or postpone this Competition at any time for any reason whatsoever.

7) Personal data
The Organiser may, in the context of the Contest, collect personal data concerning the Participants (hereinafter the "Personal Data").
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/79 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, candidates have a right to information, a right of access, a right to object and a right to rectify the personal data collected in the context of this Game by contacting the Organising Company by email: dpo@lim-group.com.
All the personal data relating to the participants collected by the company LIM USA INC within the framework of the contest will be preserved and will be the subject of an automated treatment by this last one at ends of management and organization of the contest and in particular for the publication and the posting of the names and first names of the Winners as well as with the constitution of a file of sending of commercial offers.

8) Applicable law– Disputes
These rules are governed by French law and shall be interpreted in accordance with the latter. Any disputes to which the Contract and its appendices may give rise, and/or which may arise as a result or consequence thereof, within the limits authorised by the applicable legal provisions, shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Périgueux.
